We understand that life happens and plans can change. As a small boutique property with only six rooms and two apartments, we kindly ask guests to review and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation to avoid any misunderstandings. Please note that different policies may apply depending on the rate booked.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms of your stay.

NON-refundable RATE

Our Non-Refundable or Advance Purchase Rates (APR) are offered at a discounted price and require full prepayment at the time of booking. These reservations are final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

If you cancel, depart early, do not arrive (no-show), or choose not to stay for any reason, the full cost of the reservation will still be charged.

FLEXIBLE RATE - PEAK MONTHS (MAY - OCT)

On peak months, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations Made 14 Days Prior to Arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
Cancellations Made Within 7 Days Before Arrival: The total amount for the reservation will be charged.
No-Shows: The total reservation amount will be charged. This policy also applies to bookings made with incorrect dates.
Early Departures After Check-In: The total amount for the scheduled stay will be charged and is non-refundable.

Bookings Made Within 14 Days of Arrivals during peak time is non-cancellable. Any modifications to the booking must be made at least 7 days before arrival and are subject to CAD $50 rebooking fee.

Cancellations Made Within 3 Days Before Arrival: The total amount for the reservation will be charged.
No-Shows: The total reservation amount will be charged. This policy also applies to bookings made with incorrect dates.
Early Departures After Check-In: The total amount for the scheduled stay will be charged and is non-refundable.

Bookings Made Within 7 Days of Arrivals is non-cancellable. Any modifications to the booking must be made at least 3 days before arrival and are subject to CAD $50 rebooking fee.

GROUP RESERVATION

Reservation under group bookings are non-transferrable and please note that following payment charges will applied for group reservation:

8 weeks prior to your stay: Your credit card will be charged 15% of the total reservation amount.
6 weeks prior to your stay: An additional charge of 35% of the total reservation amount will be processed.
4 weeks prior to your stay: The remaining balance, totalling 50% of the total reservation amount, will be charged.

Cancellation Policy under Group Bookings:

If cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancelled between 6-8 weeks before arrival date a 15% room rate applies.
If cancelled between 6-4 weeks before arrival date a 50% room rate applies.
If cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival date a 100% room rate applies.

WEEKLY RATE - PEAK MONTHS (MAY - OCT)

• No-Shows: The total reservation amount will be charged, including for bookings made with incorrect dates.

• Early Departures After Check-In: The total amount for the scheduled stay is non-refundable and will be charged in full.

• Bookings Made Within 14 days of arrival during peak months and 7 days of Arrival during non-peak months: These bookings are non-cancellable. Any modifications must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for peak months and 3 days non-peak months and are subject to a CAD $50 rebooking fee.
